h22a lsd axles

Hi everyone.... i have a 92 prelude that came with a h23 stock. so, finally i got the h22a engine in it and it runs perfect with the h23 trans. I found a h22a lsd trans for a very cheap prize, I got done putting it in the car but my axles seems to be too small for the lsd trans, it goes in perfect but when you put it in gear it in gear the car wont even move.... any ideas would help thanks

umm are you using the h23 axles? I'm not sure if h23 axles fit an h22 tranny.

Re: h22a lsd axles

It sound like you didnt get the axles in all of the way and they have popped out try putting the axles back in. Oh and can you tell if the car is going in to gear or not? You could try and put the car into gear before you start it at the tranny were the shifter cables hook up to, then start it and try and go to see what happens.

Re: h22a lsd axles

You're using H23 axles with the H22 tranny correct? They should fit. They take some oomph to get into place, maybe you just don't have the guns for it ;) . Or maybe they are just really fawked up.

Re: h22a lsd axles

^^^like miz said make sure the the "C" clip is still on the end. you really have to push the axle in and you will feel it sorta click when it is in all the way
