Got some work done on my lude :o)

So I had the head rebuilt on my lude which included taking it apart and replacing anything thats ****ed up. The mechanic was really cool and did a very good job. He put in vtec valves which he said allow more air to go in giving a lil more hp. he also replaced my timing belt and cap & rotor (cap & rotor was in very bad shape) all for the grand total of $500 needless to say I am very happy with the way my car is running now

Re: Got some work done on my lude :o)

I know that it can help a little bit to use oversized valves after you install aftermarket cams and ****, but would it really do anything on a stock H23?
