H23 head on F22 vtec block

Ok so I have been search ht and google and everywhere to find out if this is possible and found nothing about h23 on f22 except you will need extensive modification or yes it can be done.

I am here to ask what needs to be done and can a non-vtec head go onto a vtec block

I need the steps and tools/parts required also

I know that I will need the h23 head gasket and timing belt though nothing else from there so please let me know and if you have any pics it would help a ton! thanks alot

And if for some reason you found a write up on this h23 head on sohc vtec f22 block feel free to give me link and delete this
