Icon9 Need help With camber/caster adjusters

Hey everybody just joined up to ask a few questions that i really could use a good solid answer to. I have a 92 SI with a JDM H23A1 i am running a Tein Full coilover suspension with 4 pillowballs I can't remember the exact make of the suspension (it was about 4 yrs ago i installed it) But i think it was like an "SS" anyway it was the second highest Tein suspension at the time without getting the onboard control module for the damping. Anyway to get to my question. When i got the car in 03 it had Skunk 2 coilovers on like some KYB struts absolutley slammed 4 inches. However very bad camber meant i ate up tires like nobody's business. So now i have a body kit and the car sits with about 2 inches of clearance between the body kit and the ground. so of course the car is sitting quite a bit higher now. So my problem is that my upper control arm is sandwiched so high in my fender well it actually hits on the bottom of my frame inside the fender well. I have an Ingalls type camber/caster adjuster but whenever i get it aligned if i hit one bump (even the tiniest) the control arm hits the frame and nocks everything out of whack again. Has anyone else had this problem, or fixed it? i am wondering if the only way to fix it would be to buy adjustable control arms. Any expertise in this would be greatly appreciated. Also got some pics of my lude in attachments below. thanks again.
