Can a F22A1 be put in a 1992 prelude si?

ok, so i have a totaled 1992 honda prelude S, with a good F22A1 engine in it, and i found a 1992 honda prelude si for sale with a blown head for $700, i was wondering if the F22A1 could be put into the prelude si?

It's all about how people take care of them... my f22 (soon to be G22) is the best motor I've ever had... its close with the a20a3 (i think thats the right code) from my old 87 accord
