Rear Hubs. Quick answer please.

So I looked around for a Diy on anything to do with the rear hubs but couldn't find much, but I remember seeing or hearing that they are held on with 4 bolts instead of pressed in like the front ones. Is this true?

Re: Rear Hubs. Quick answer please.

they are held in with 4 bolts that are at the back of the whole rotor/ hub assembly

they're 4 bolts thats almost in a square pattern should be pretty easy to see

let me see if i have a pic to show you...

Re: Rear Hubs. Quick answer please.

thats the best pic I have.

Those 4 bolts sticking out are the ones you have to take the nuts off of to get the hub out.

to the right you'll see the knuckle.

I dont know if that helps illustrate it, but the basic answer to your question is yes, 4 blots to get it out after taking off the caliper and the abs sensors.

Alright thanks man. Gotta put some new wheel studs in since Sears royally effed mine up. I take it the back are easier than the front? I hope to god so cuz the fronts were a huge pain.
