F and H series questions

So I am currently boosting my jdm spec if you will h23a non vtec, and I have the dsm setup going for me, but I am kinda nervous as to what I am going to do if my engine blows.

Now though I heard that the f22 sohc have iron sleeves stock and can handle around 10psi on stock internals (this is just what i heard not saying it's 100%)

Also that the f22 has the same bolt pattern as my h23 so I will be able to recycle my turbo kit and only need a new tune

So my main question is which f22s are stock with iron sleeves, and what psi you think i should run on it to get max hp and keep it somewhat reliable thanks for all your help

Re: F and H series questions

For the most part, you've heard correctly.
What boost is safe depends on the individual engine. Get one at full or close to full compression that's healthy and 10 psi is fine on an F22.

I recommend building an engine for boost so not only is it even more reliable, you can turn the boost up that much more.
