EED HELP ASAP... 92 Lude Won't Start

Hi PZ. My 92 H22 prelude was running fine a few weeks ago. The night before I was gonna take it for inspection I decided to "clean up" the engine bay and used electrical tape to tape the engine harness together to make everything a lil neater (like its suppose to be). The next day I go to start it and it wont turn over.

1. I'm getting spark - stuck a flatheat into each spark plug wire and saw the electricity.
2. Getting fuel to the fuel rail - I can hear the fuel pump power up and disconnected the line to the rail, tried to start the car, and fuel came out.
3. Checked fuses under the dash and hood and everything's fine.
4. Getting proper resistance from the injectors so they're fine.
5. Sprayed starter fluid in the TB and it turned over. This is 1 of the main reasons why I think it's a fuel-related problem.

I bought a noid light tester and am about to see if the injector's are getting power. I'm assumin its somethin with the wiring cuz it was workin fine b4. Should I check anything else? What's the next step if i'm not getting power to the injectors? Need my baby on the road tomorrow.

PS- I'm getting codes 6 (ECT sensor) and 22 (vtec) but I kno why that is and that shouldn't have anything to do with it starting.

Just checked with the noid light and it didn't even light up so I guess no power to the injectors. Any suggestions?

check all of the main grounds, o me it sounds like you did put the ecm ground back on. (its the one that would be bolted to the t-stat housing)

I never took that ground off in the 1st place but i'll check it for a short.

Measured the ohms (resistance) of the injectors and they all fell between 1.5-2.5 as they should, so the injectors themselves are fine.

I HAVE NO RESISTOR BOX. I bought it like this (when the car was running fine). With that being the case, I'm trying to figure out where the injectors are suppose to be getting power. I'm 95% sure that's where the problem lies. If I could just figure out the wire of the power source...

ADDED: I also sprayed starter fluid in the TB and it turned over. This is 1 of the main reasons why I think it's a fuel-related problem.
