JDM p13 VS. USDM p13

Okay, now that I have had my swap for awhile. There is a bouncy hesitation accelerating through 2500-3500 rpms only when it is warmed up. My setup is jdm h22a engine, usdm h23 harness, usdm p13 ecu, h22 injectors with h23 fuel rail/h22 fpr. Here's my question. Would the fact that the usdm ecu is tuned for the lesser power usdm h22 have any affect on my problem stated above? I have just about exhausted all other factors that might have to do with the hesitation and I'm running out of ideas. Thanks for all of your help.

No since I've got the exact same setup without that problem.

thanks. I am going to clean the egr ports, replace the o2 sensor, re-place sparkplugs, and we'll see if that fixes it.

I've already replaced the fuel filter, and replaced wires, cleaned egr valve, and distributor is working fine. The knock sensor is fine, timing is correct (adjusted by an amazing mechanic at my honda dealer). The only thing that I guess I don't understand is why it ONLY bogs when it is warmed up. When it runs cold in the morning it drives amazingly. Maybe someone can educate me on that.
