I have a quick question. So when you hit the high beam switch/lever? do the h4's turn on again or do the h1s turn on?

It all depends on how you wire them up. you can make just the h4's work and make the h1's day time runing light, or use them as fogs. Or you can just wire up the low beam portion of the h4 (thats how the passwordjdm wiring kits work) and have the h1 as a high (imo I wouldnt think they would work well for that)

Mine were wired to keep the H4's on even with the high's on, much like my 5th gen.

H1's are my high beams. I have the password JDM harnesses. They work pretty good. Just need decent bulbs like Sylvania Silverstars or something.
