repainted the Vavle cove once again

As some you may remember what I did to my poor H22 valve cover over the winter, it was bad well here is a pic.....

I know it look like $h!t but the OH VTEC was cool lmao. Anyway one of my friends has some of that wrinkle red spray paint laying around and I seen what it looked like on his buddies car, so I gave it a shot. Here what it came out looking like (yeah I need to hit it with a one more good coat of paint)

(in person it doesnt look spotty like it does in the pick)
Its a 1000 times better imo but I need to paint the plug cover silver because it was to much red (at the time it was all I had) or maybe black idk.

On with the comments!

it doesn't look to good in the pic but i'm sure it looks good in person like you said, and black imo looks like crap on the spark cover unless you got the whole theme going

You definitly need to change the spark plug cover im OD'ing on red
If you got like a chrome (silver?) oil cap and polished your cover I think that would look pretty good

The paint is really good looking but you guys just painted the whole thing which makes it look like a buble of paint. Buy a new spark plug cover CF, and then with a gloss white paint your OH VTEC. It will look mental if you don't drop white paint over the red cover.

I say just take off the valve cover and fabricate one made completely out of CF! I think there's a DIY somewhere around here.

Hey looks good, bad lighting probably makes it look pink. Ihad my doubts about that wrinkle spray paint, but it looks like it does the job. Does it come out of the can like that? or does it wrinkle up after you spray it down

One part beer, one part grinding wheel on a dremal. If you want the paint to come out nice make sure you prep the hell out of it. aka hit it with 1500 grit sand paper and make sure you clean it or the paint will "fish eye" because there is still things like oil on it.

The wrinkle paint covers most of the mistakes you make (like were I ground off the d and c I kinda did it a bit to much and the wrinkles covered it up)

there is no need for a clear on the v/c like stock it should be kinda flat in color. Black would be better for how my car looks imo or if I can find one the stock silver one
