Transmission Problem

Note this is on an LSD Tranny.

So the problem started last year, had a little 5th gear syncro grind, which lead to a loss of reverse...a common h series tranny problem. Eventually it fixed itself and went away.

About 3 months ago I lost reverse completely out of the blue. This was my previous problem.

About a week or two ago I changed my transmission fluid to the good honda genuine mtf which is liked by many honda owners. Well I don't think the fluid caused the problem, but today I was driving home from work on lunch and i noticed my car was shifting kind of rough. Then I'm at a stoplight and I go to take off and the car jerks really hard before finally deciding to get up and go.

Then on my way back to work, almost everytime I would shift into any gear, it didnt want to go, and then it would grind. And finally, on my way home from work about a half hour ago, the tranny didn't grind at all, but did feel a bit rougher than normal.

Anyone have any idea wtf is going on? A guy at work suggested I probably have pieces of metal stuck somewhere. I bought some syncromesh today because I hear that is good stuff and want to see if I find even more metal in my fluid...and if this solves nothing I rip the tranny apart.
