Icon8 Problems on my 96!!! NEED HELP!!!!

ok well, were to start. The other day i whipped the back end out of my car by accident and now when i go about 45 i hear this loud bass sound that really gets to my ears. At the shop my friend is saying that its cause i have a flat spot in my tire. Ok #2 THIS IS THE IMPORTANT ONE!!!!!! whenever i hit the gas and the suspension lifts up, even a tiny bit, once i let off the gas and it comes back down i hear a knock sound coming from sumwhere in the front. I can feel it through the steering wheel and the gas pedal. It really drives me crazy cause even in normal everyday driveing it knocks. It just started up today and i cant figure out what the hell it is, and its driving me nuts!!!!! please help!!!!

i'll say mount...get somebody to watch the engine (pull e-brake) when you try to engage 1st and see if the motor rocks a lot. That's my suggestion.

the best way to check if it is a broken motor mount, is to have a buddy look a the motor movement wile you let out the clutch with the parking brake on (hood up helps also lol) and if it rocks a $h!t ton then it is messed up for sure.
If that isnt the issue start checking out sway bar end links and the rear mounts for the sway bar ( i just found one on my car that had been rip out of the frame no joke) that is m advice on it.

sounds like a mount x2. Also check your suspension components and see if everything is tight
