Aem V2 Cai

Sup peeps, here a couple questions I'm sure you guys have fielded in the past...

Will the AEM V2 CAI fit on my 95 SI? Everywhere I look it says "SI VTEC" and never just "SI"

In addition, I am lookin at a Megan header that people seem to be raving about. Is that something that you could swap out in your driveway with relative ease? Or would that be for experienced mechanics (or simply someone who has done it b4) If its pretty simple to do, could someone tell me how long it would take/direct me to a write up that would help me out?

Looks and sounds beautiful. Want to make sure it fits b4 i drop the money on it. Thanks in advance.
