Bleeding Clutch... AGAIN!

So i bled my clutch once before and it was fine. I didn't get my MC or SC replaced yet because of insufficient funds  This morning i went to top off my fluid because there is a small leak somewhere but when i went to test my pedal it dropped to the floor once again.

I started bleeding the clutch again but i think im doing something wrong. what I do is: Open screw, Depress pedal, close screw, then lift the pedal. I never have anyone to help me with this so i try it by myself. What am I doing wrong? I was suppose to get my master and slave cylinders replaced in mid February, but now i can't drive it there lol.

help would be appreciated asap

check 2 see if ur MC is gone. (look under dash above gas pedal, if u see fluid dripping then ur MC is shot & needs 2 be replaced.

as for bleeding here u go:

1. check fluid fill if needed.
2. pump pedal til it gets sumwat stiff.
3. keep pedal to the floor while openning bleed screw.
4. close bleed screw.
5. repeat steps 2-4 til pedal is stiff & back 2 normal.
6. add more fluid since u bleed most of it out.

hope this helps man.

You Member bri what happened...

One person has to be in the car another in the engine bay.
Fill the resevoir,
Unlock bleed nut,
Push pedal flat,
Lock nut,
Pull Pedal up,

*repeat until the fluid flows then Lock Bleed nut*
Then one last time, Push pedal down to desired height,
Unlock bleed nut,then Tighten.
Pour in the rest of the brake fluid and cap off...

Until you get the rythm down, air is gonna be in your system and the pedal will drop with no reason. If the leak is still there, take it to a mechanic. because you don't want to screw up your transmission...
