how do you take off the front and rear bumper on a 3gen prelude?

You can download the service manual in the resource thread. It shows you step by step on how to remove both bumpers and where the bolts are located. This could help you as a start XD

And if that dont work,for the front bumper. jack the car up. and take the fog lights out, and corner lights then you will see 2 bolts on each side. take those off then the whole bumper pops right off

there is a bolt under the front finders how do i get to those?

ok well i figured out how to get them off and it wasnt fun but it was done. but for the rear bumper you have to take ur tail lights out and there is a row of bolts u have to take out and then there is some screws in the finder area and then there you go. thats it. unless im forgetting something but im pretty sure that was all.
