head swap?

hey is there any heads i could swap to my b20a5 that would make more HP or so i could make it vtec? im mainly looking for one that will line up and bolt on so i dont have to do any fab work.

although it IS possible to swap a B16 head onto your b20a5, it's a fcuk-load of custom fab'ing

NORMALLY i dont usually suggest an H22 swap, but in this case, that would be the easier solution.

hmmm ok so there really isnt anything i could just bolt on that would increase my hp? what about if i was to shave the head for more compression?

ok this will b18 and b16 will fit on our blocks you have to move a hole or to but then their is alot of custom stuff you have to do to i have alot of research about this its not cheap i hate saying this but if want vtec go h22 god that hurt to say that but im planning to one of theses head swaps sometime with a lude

Sorry no.
B21 head will lower compression, wont give you instant power as you are asking for...


there is though one thing you can do...boost it.

ya im planning on boosting it but that is a lil ways down the road. im goin to put some money into the motor first and really build it as much as i can.

yeah boost it. Vtec is great and all but i personally think its over rated. Besides, you can fab a B16 head on for about a grand or two and not have that much power gains or turbo it for about 2 to 4 grand and then who knows what you could accomplish then.

Realizing that you have the two bastard engines of the bunch and will spend hours upon hours and years upon years hearing people with dem fancy bigger engines and finishing your build then smoking there ass's - A big ass headache but still priceless....until you wreck it.
