Removing Pedals

Hey guys it's been a while since I last posted on here. Anyway I'm removing my pedal assembly and I got all the bolts and throttle/brake disconnected. Now the real question is, how do I get it out? there isn't much room to wiggle around so I'm wondering if I have to disassemble anything else in order to take it out.

Re: Removing Pedals

If it was me.... Id remove the nuts holding the steering column and lower it. It appears from your photo that if you turn it to the left or right around the column, You'd get bound up on a harness.

Re: Removing Pedals

I agree with Les. I haven't taken the pedal set out before, but it looks like you will have plenty of room if you drop the steering column.

Re: Removing Pedals

I meant to reply after a few hours after posting this, I did drop the steering column and pulled the pedal assembly off, however now getting the bolt holes to align on the 5spd pedal asembly is being a hassle due to the harnesses on the top getting in the way.
