3rd Gen AC Problem - Clutch not engaging

When I push the ac button the green button turns on, but the compressor clutch does not engage. It does spin freely when I push it by hand. I am hoping that it is a fuse or relay problem, the only problem is, I am not sure where they are.

Has anyone got any info on their location? or maybe think it is a different problem?

Go to prelude3g and download a service manual. It has a very good trouble shoot your ac woes section.
