How to remove side moulding?

Hi again! I have another silly question. I am missing that lil
rubber moulding on the right front quarter panel. I am planning on
going to a junkyard to retrieve a replacement, but how does one
take it off of the body? I just don't want to "rip" it off, and make it

If i'm getting this correctly your talking about the plastic pieces on the outside of the car that are on the door and fenders. If that's the case they have connectors on them that you have to pull out oh so carefully or they will snap. It's not really hard to do but it's gentle work. Take like a flat head phillips and gently start pulling it off and if the clip breaks there not hard to really find in junkyards. So basically just pull it lightly off lightly. I've seen people take the door panels off and push the piece off from the bottom of the door so they don't break the pins, not as fast but usually better results.
