Air filter maybe very clogged too. I know that there's a sensor in the water line that will make the car run like crap. I've had to take mine out twice to clean it. Its real easy to get to right in front very visible when you open the hood. I mention this because it helps control your injectors too.

Have you checked to see if you are getting fuel pressure at the fuel rail?
Check the injectors?
Changed both fuel filters?
I'm wondering if it's a little bit out of timing, maybe.
Have you checked the PGM-FI relay to see if it's clicking right when you turn the key on?
How is the spark? any?

just throwing some things out there. good luck
