help!

ok i was torquing on my 88 prelude si, more specifically my valve cover and i busted the center bolt, right now i have high heat cement glue holding the rubber washer in place, i dont know if i should easy out the bolt after drilling out a hole, or leave it, or even weld it (iam a pro welder) but is there another way like take the post out of another junk lude? help me... also my alternator is missing its alternator bolt the one that the adjustment bolt attaches to... what should i do?

so the stud that protrudes thru the valve cover snapped off?
you can simply buy a new stud and nut (whether its from honda, junkyard, whatever)
and if you do happen to find a lude ina junkyard, you can take the alternator adjustment bolt from it too.

actully its the center one that is an actual bolt instead of a post and nut, its a hole with a bolt that pokes into it
