Getting to the wires?

Okay so here it is... I have a 1988 Honda Prelude that used to be my uncles who had hung himself awhile back. I just now got his honda about a month ago... It doesn't run but it trys to start you can hear it cranking. Everytime we go to start it the ECU fuse under the hood blows, I have swapped the ECU with a known good one and it does the same thing.

I have taken off the passenger fender and looked at the wiring harness going to the ECU and they all "looked" fine to me. There were no wires touching anywhere at all so I am kinda confused as to where it could be grounding out at? Where else are there wirings for the ECU at and how would I get to them? Are there any complete wiring diagrams anywhere at all I could look at?
