tokico blues with 17" alloys

Ok I have almost decided to save up some casj and get some tokico blues sent over here (uk) from the US. postage is gonna be like $400 so I was wondering if anyone who has these, with 17's could give me a pic so i can see the results. I'd appreciate it...

also, if yo[u can find postage cheaper then 400 i would be very interested

thanks

I just had a look at the US ebay and all I saw were some shocks. Even with them alone the postage is just over $200. I meant does anyone know a website that'll post to the uk. I couldn't find any.

actually only one, they wanted 1250 for postage. I could afford a holiday the the US to pick them up with that

Hey in this vein - what's so special about the Tokico blues? I'm sure that forever marks me as an uber noob but maybe lots are wondering like I am.

What is special about them is that they are the best aftermarket strut made for our cars at the moment. Supossedly the only one still made and currently available. There used to be Koni, however, I believe they ceased production. From doing a lot of reading I've gotten mixed responses. Some say that they don't last. Some say that they are better than OEM struts but not good enough. Others have been entirely happy with them. Only thing you can really do is to try them out for yourself.

If they're anything like KYB GR2s they're probably just BARELY stiffer than stock. :\

Best bet is to mod something that's currently available, and adjustable. That said, I'm glad I'm happy with the stock suspension. It corners insane. :)
