rebuilt engine b2 series..started once now wont start..

I have a 89 honda prelude.si. and rebuilt the engine..went to start it yesterday and it fired up.then shut off after 30 sec or so..now wont start..the engine sounds like it wants to turn over..we checked fuel lines and pressure good there. We have spark. Dist. Good. But im wondering about the igntion coil. Or ecu..could it b anything else.please need some info or suggestions..

first thing to check is for spark from the coil i just had the same problem with a 98 i did a timing belt fired the car up drove it around the block and then pulled in to the garage and it died on me i found out later that the coil was bad but its built into the dizzy on those cars im not sure about yours
