Icon9 Now its dead again

So we got rid of the check engine light with the temp sensor wire repairs, and the won't start when hot problem seams to be resolved. In part because now the darn thing wont start when cold. I will check the trouble shooting guide in Prelude13's files, but if you have any ideas, I'm open.

You should've tried to read the codes to see what exactly was wrong...

...tell me, what do YOU think is wrong, why it isn't starting now?

What exactly did you overhaul...new motor right? your car was originally an Si with the b21a1? or a 2.0Si with the b20a5?

Did you reuse the original manifolds? what ECU are you using? PK2 or PK3?

the engine is still a B20A5. I overhauled it with .040 oversize pistons & rings, original size bearings, new seals everywhere, had the block and head planed, and a complete valve job.
It seams the start problem focuses on the two switches at the thermostat housing. I repaired wires to one of them. After playing with them both a bit last night, it did fire up once and gave the fault code 6 again. So I think i need to check out the wiring of both more completely, and maybe check the switches. Also, which switch should the blue connector go to, and which for the grey?
