H22 conversion - fuel pump Q

I'm trying to figure out exactly what I need to do the conversion on my 3rd gen. I've quite a lot of info gathered so far but I want to do everything right the first time so I need to pick yer knowledgeable brains... Will the fuel pump from a 2.0i 3rd gen supply enough fuel to a H22 or is there better options out there other than running an external fuel pump? If so what are my options?

Bump... There's a 2.0i 3rd gen for sale that I'm tempted to buy and would like to be sure that the fuel pump and tank will actually be of benefit to me before I travel to see it

Re: H22 conversion - fuel pump Q

the 3rd gen fuel pump will be just fine... im still using my original 3rd gen pump without any problems yet...

plus, you can use the map sensor, and all the other sensors located in the "black box" of the 3rd gen, with the h22 as well... including IAB's...

i have all the answers you need for the h22 swap in the 3rd gen ...

Re: H22 conversion - fuel pump Q

That's all very useful to know. Thanks a million for the reply, I was starting to think nobody would, but I'm pretty sure I will be back to you in the near future with more questions
Thanks, you're a legend!
