Picture request pedal assembly and clutch line setup

I know this is a weird request but since ive mainly owned cable trans preludes pre 88 and well i just picked up a crx....well i like my friends hydro clutch great for daily driving and i noticed on the 88-91 ludes the clutch master cyl is on the other side near where the gas pedal would be. Ive been trying endlessly with image searches and auto to manual conversions(dont seem to find any with decent pics) and cannot find what i am looking for im just curious mainly but would like pics of the manual pedal assembly and how the clutch pedal is attached to the clutch master cyl just to give me an idea on how the prelude dose it. i would be very thankful
Thank you

Re: Picture request pedal assembly and clutch line setup

on preludes the pedal manual and auto are the same just brake pedal is smaller on the manual. and i dont understand what you mean clutch. all it is is a pedal and a master cylinder bolts to it through the fire wall. i did an auto to manual conversion on my prelude and its very simple just common sense

Your information should be found within these two links. Prelude3g.com and that manual will be your best friends. Use them.

Auto>Manual Swap write up
Auto To Manual Swap
Online Helms manual.

EDIT: I looked in the manual really quickly and found your diagram.

Re: Picture request pedal assembly and clutch line setup

What im talking about is the fact that the 88-91 plelude has the clutch master cyl on the left side if your looking at it. Rather then the normal right side as im used to seeing as like the crx the strut tower is close to the fire wall for the normal way of haveing the master cyl right lined up with the clutch.

its kinda tough to see but just follow the fillertube to it since the normal pedal assembly is from left to right clutch brake throttle/gas and this is not anywhere near the clutch pedal i was wondering how it connects and such. if its within the pedal assembly or some other mechanics....just cant find any actual pictures thats the thing that bugs me the most

Your best bet is to look at the helms manual that I linked you to. I don't have my car to take photos of right now, at least not until hopefully lunchtime.

Re: Picture request pedal assembly and clutch line setup

The clutch master cylinder is located above the gas pedal on 3rd gens. The clutch and brake pedals are all part of a mechanism. Here is an exploded view of it...
