Timing belt

Just wondering at how many km's you guys change your timing belts, specially on the older preludes like 89 90, thanks

in miles I know its in he 60s but some people let it go to the 90s if that helps. Also if you do it use the h23 timing belt tensioner there is write ups every were about it so I would look it up.

Every 154000 km you should change it to be on the safe side.
I think the manual states somewhere around the same...it's in the garage somewhere :lick:

I pretty much change my timing belt everytime i have it off.. Why not? lol

I think most Honda belts are 100,000 miles. I agree with the above post. If your there ,change it. The belt is cheap. I like to buy a timing belt kit and a water pump just to be on the safe side.
