Re: motor mounts

ebay doesn't make motor mounts, so you'll have to be more specific. Post a link or something so we can see what you are asking about.

Re: motor mounts

There are three different mounts I can pick off of the top of my head Innovative mounts, AZ Race and Machine, and OEM. Would you really trust the car knowing it's sitting on ebay brand mounts?

I would go with ESP mounts. Im about to get mine shipped to my house tomorrow. Great products from what I hear. I've never heard anything negative about that company

You can also get Autozone brand and later on get some Energy front and rear motor mount inserts. :)

Yea I have them too, they are very strong mounts but the fitment of them was horrible! You would figure that by now they would correct the issue but nope. You have a 4gen so your mounts are not the same I would assume. It took me and a bunch of other people like 6 hours trying to get them all in! Never again esp all the way.

yes, the installation was a pain, took me about 2hrs to get the three mounts in but when its in, it holds the motor pretty still and no give. i have a fully built a4 all motor and its holding its ground pretty well in a 5th gen, got the black 75a ones i think. i haven't tried the others but i can say innovation works well. i do agree they do need to redo the fitment on the brackets!!!

Re: motor mounts

biggen187 forgot to ask what motor are you planing to have in there? if plain stock oem would do if it has a little hp to the motor and your trying to get that to the ground then its up to you really on aftermarket mounts but i wouldn't do ebay mounts. just my 2 cents

Please explain yourself??? Because first AZ Race no longer exists, and I had them make the first set of Billet B20a5 mounts.

But there was nothing wrong with them at all. I would like to hear where you got your mixed reviews about the AZ Race kit?

Wait... if az race doesn't exist does that mean no more h22 mounts?

No, because I make them now.

And there is one other option, so the community will never be without mounts for the H22 swap.
