Icon8 Center Wheel Cap

Hey guys! Once again, another question...

When I purchased my 90 last week, it came with 2 sets of wheels:
Stock - Honeycomb 14''
Aluminum - 5-spoke 15''

The original owner had on the 15'' on the back (honeycomb's on the front) to save money from buying new sets of tires.

I put on new tires yesterday, using the original honeycomb on the front and back, but am having the damndest time trying to put in the Honda Center Wheel cap on the back. They are the correct size. Is there a trick to doing this?

Thanks in advance, Yet again.

Re: Center Wheel Cap

Post pics of the wheels. I'm not familiar with 3rd gens coming with honeycomb wheels. Most of them came with sawblades.

Re: Center Wheel Cap

i suggest lightly tapping them into place with a rubber mallet...if that does not work try greasing the cap around the pins to see if it would connect any better.

Re: Center Wheel Cap

Grab the BFH and hit it as hard as you can, it'll either go in or you wont have to worry about it anymore. or just use a rubber mallet and some lube. good luck.
