Recommended Muffler?

Hey guys, I have an '89 Prelude Si. Everything is stock, I'm not doing any work at the moment but I do wanna put a muffler just because its quiet right. I just want a muffler that has a deep sound but I don't want it too loud. I'm not a fan of loud exhaust/mufflers lol. I don't know which one to buy so any advice would be great. Thanks in advance!

Re: Recommended Muffler?

You can choose any muffler you want . T he cheaper the better. Remember, 85 percent of the sound gets muffled by the catalytic converter. You'll be a little louder but not that much. Got mine off e-bay for 33 bucks and is perfect. Good place to look.

Re: Recommended Muffler?

idk. lespaul59 is right. but id go with something of quality. like magnaflow or flowmaster. but even dynomax or any others sound good. definetly go with a muffler not just a can. looks better IMO and less atractive 2 cops.
