91 belt tensioner
Hey guys , I'm new but just picked up a 91 prelude at an auction. Is there a secret to get access to the pulley tensioner to loosen up the power steering pump? It is underneath the pump and is a pain just to see.

I have seen in the junkyard that the only way to get to it is to remove the alternator.
