Yeah thats most likely an alignment issue. If the mounts are good the aligment has got to be the issue. Maybe a loose or broken tie rod/s. I know you wanna keep yer money expenditure low,but, unfortunately suspension is one of those things that doesnt really come cheap when something happens to it...Best bet would be to take it to a shop to get it sorted out... And to answer yer question, Yes Struts come with springs as they are consisdered one unit... Shocks use springs as a separate unit, typically they do not come with springs, unless you buy them as a shock/spring set...
