no, I dont live in IL. lol I live in Oregon.

Thanks. I have only had the car for about 3 weeks now. Maybe less. So its a project. :)

The last owner wasnt so kind to it. So I am having to do alot of work on it. To restore it to stock. (Cept for the plug wires and intake) and do the rest of the work myself.

Done by me:

New ground wires for fuel injection and motor
intake
bosch plug wires (i hate bosch, I'm hoping I can find some NGK's here soon. But it was a quick fix to the 3 I had been running on before)
and some interior work.

I got a question though. the japanese 2nd gen's came with the B18C right? A 18 valve DOHC Vtec?

Update:

I have had a bad case of JDM fever recently. And did my own liscense plate relocation kit. Its now under the right turn signal on the front. It looks much better. The middle on the front looked to bulky.

I went on a drive to the coast the other day. Don't think I ever did much under 100. I really wish I had 5th gear though. I sorta feel bad for the engine. I want to drive fast. But with out 5th gear. It doesn't really work...

Re: 87 Prelude Si

Thanks man! :)

I've been doing alot more work on it. Just have not posted any of it.

I live around corvallis/Philomath area.

Actually I keep trying to get a B20a to put in there... but damned if I can find one for under 400... But who knows... that may be a good price.

How did you do that. Ive been thinking about doing that once I find a body kit...or at least a new front bumper.

Re: 87 Prelude Si

Hey guys, I'm back. I have actually hit a really bad luck streak lately. And am loosing my licenses for 3 months. Then loosing my insurance for 3 years. So now my car just sits in the drive way. I start her almost every week to make sure she still runs, but its a painful sight.

Anyways, I decided to make a video... (Mind you I aint thrifty with Windows Movie Maker) but it does the car some justice...

Should check it out.
