Looking for an 83-87 Interior Rearview Mirror

Hello, my car has finally returned from the bodyshop, but sadly there were no parts for the mirror available according to him in my country.

So I've decided to look around on the next, but with varying results.

I could find One, but it was in the wrong colour.

I am looking for a WHOLE LIMPID GRAY (Interior Colour D) Rearview mirror. For my 1983 prelude.

I did find a site that states they're still selling one:

88140-SB0-023ZA - Honda MIRROR, REARVIEW *NH72L* (LIMPID GRAY)

But PayPal requires my creditcard info, and since I don't have a credit card i cannot obtain it myself.

If someone could find or has a rearview mirror in this colour and in good condition AND is willing to ship it to the Netherlands, I would be very grateful.

Also if you know any international sites for old honda parts please let me know.

Thanks in advance,

Quotex

Try 'car-part.com' and 'thisoldhonda.com'.

Best of luck.

Re: Looking for an 83-87 Interior Rearview Mirror

Let me check my j-yard. There is an 87 there. Just pulled a pulley off this morn for a 3 bolt water pump. I might get one very cheap but you'd have to pay for shipping. You ARE talking about the mirror for the inside of the car and not the doors, Right?

Yes i am looking for an Interior Rearview mirror, i know it's been a month ago since the reply.

I had a black one ordered a few months ago along with some other parts from ebay...

Sadly due to an error in my shipping address (Missing house number) The package has been destroyed due to policies and whatnot..

If it's still there, i'd love to have the mirror and maybe some other parts if it has it....

I am willing to pay for the shipping of course.

If you've got any pictures let me know.

Will go to the j-yard tomorrow. What state or country are you in?
I'll take a pic of a mint 87 that's still there.

Re: Looking for an 83-87 Interior Rearview Mirror

Saw a blue 85 and a red 87. The blue one had the gray rearview mirror but the glass was missing. Tons of j-yards here so don't worry. Is there any way you can take a pic of the color. Don't know how many gray's there were but you might have to settle for what ever gray is here. It's up to you. I will still look.

Re: Looking for an 83-87 Interior Rearview Mirror

Duplicolor can fix the color issue if need be.

Re: Looking for an 83-87 Interior Rearview Mirror

It is a dark gray colour but not quite black. The interior colour sticker said D, but id have to check, i`m also looking fot other parts, so if you can make pictures that`d be appreciated. A black interior mirror will also do. Ill list what otger parts i could use as well.

A set of 13 inch hubcaps (offered from 84 onwards) preferably in a good condition.
A muffler and muffler tip/finishers Mine has some horrible repairwork done to it.
An OEM honda radio.
Sunvisor Assembly passenger side.
A right fender for the front. My current one has a rusted through part, any colour will do for now.
The plastic grille assembly. My current one is broken so it hangs loose in one side. With the screws if possible.
A set of mudflaps for the front (if theyre in good condition) with screws. The screw on my car seem to have gone missing over the years. Again thanks for the help.

Ill post pics tommorow

Re: Looking for an 83-87 Interior Rearview Mirror

If you are still looking, there is a guy selling one in Seattle on craigslist. 1986 Honda Prelude Parts. He may not want to deal with an international sale, but worth a shot.
