My 1986 Honda Prelude

Hey guys, I became the owner of a 1986 Honda Prelude about a month ago but didn't find this site till last week that my brother showed it to me since he is a Prelude owner also. Here are some pics of my car. Let me know what you think.

@XGRaViSmOrSX - Thank you man. Yeah, I took a look at it and it's true, should register there also. You have a very nice and clean 2nd gen yourself, I have a lot of work to do, lol.

@rc114 - Thank you bro. Well, as far as future plans good, I want to get it just running right first, it has a couple of things here and there, but nothing to big. After that, being the performance nut I am, I wanna start making it go faster before getting into the looks. Nice 5th Gen man, my bro has one and its nice too.

@both of you - You guys from NYC? Cause I was born and raised there till I was 15. Nice to see the first 2 to post are New Yorkers.

Re: My 1986 Honda Prelude

@rc114 - lol, yeah, but when I left New York I was 15 and was just starting to learn this whole automotive thing. Now its in my blood and I love the feel of a well tuned car. Well, hopefully I can make some friends here on the west coast through here.

@pr0d1gy9 & polox33x - Nice car guys.

Re: My 1986 Honda Prelude

Update 6/15/11 : I had a rusted out exhaust that had holes, split seams, and a broken resinator. So last thursday I decide to address this problem and went to what I was told was the best muffler shop in town, Economy Muffler. I went in sounding like a lawnmower and came out sounding like a true champ. I got the exhaust done from the cat flange back in 2", no cat, no res, and the icing on the cake was the Type RS N1 style muffler I got from a friend from the local cruise night, Thanks AZ Burnout. Wow what a difference, the car runs a bit better and sounds great. I wasn't able to get any pics of when he was actually making the exhaust but here's the pic of the muffler. Hopefully better things to come.
