Icon8 88 Prelude si non-AWS Ecu Problems...

Hey there guys..newbie here..Just bought an 88 prelude si manual tranny with the 2.0 engine. The car is in great condition..garage kept for yrs and only 55,000 had been hit with water up to the bottom of the doors and fried something but cant figure out what..The ecu is (from what I gather) PK2 with the last four #'s of 6640. My question today is: is this the right type of ecu for this car? I know I need a obd 0 ecu but do the last 4 digits matter? I see tons of them listed everywhere for sale but none match my last 4 numbers. I just want to get this car started to see if the car is worth keeping or not. I have no spark and no fuel any suggestions?
