Icon9 Gauge Cluster Lighting HELP!!

my 87' prelude has issues with its gauge cluster, the only things in the cluster that light up are the side markers not the RPMs, Speed, Gas, nor the heat gauge. I check to see if the connectors were loose and nothing they were all in tacked, the bulbs were fine except one (which i would fix pretty soon) and i also checked to see if there where any shorts and nope nothing so why is it that my gauge cluster wont light up? and im sooo dick and tired of taking it appart and putting it back on.
