Icon6 Shaking

My Prelude shakes in gear and I have a motor mount to put in but I heard it might be a air fuel mixture sensor by the throttle body and I wonder it could be the transmission torque converter. If the wrong fluid is in it that could be something. Please give me a little input so I know which way to go with this.
