hey im at my wits end with my 86 prelude 1.8l ive bean workin on it like every day for the past two months and im getin no ware is there anyone in washington that good with this model that coule come help me out i realy dont want to get rid of the car but is just drivein me crazy i live in everett wa so if any one close to there would be mutch apreashated

i stat at the begining i let a retard work on mt car has not ran right since
the timeings off but i dont have any clue on how to get it fixed ive ajusted the timeing with a light and it still runs like crap the throdle if its times like it says drops off and dies but if i ajust the thodle stop screw it just reves high and goes noware ive replased the carbs since jack ass ****ed up the sinc screw the distributor went tits up i replaced that just got new wires and plugs and a cap and rotor fuel pump had and i just dont know how to fix it and becus the timeings off the trans slams in to gear when its idlein low it dont do it but when its idles high its hard shifting

Just wondering not knowing much about the 1.8L but it might be a timing belt or a chain whatever the set up is, sounds to me like that may be the problem.
