This is OH SO TRUE! I can not even count the number of fellow Prelude drivers I have waved to, only to be totally ignored!!!

Plus 80 or 81 was the last year before there was a big silver "H" on the grille... my car simply has a small Honda badge in the front.

Re: Does anyone actually own one?

I've got an '86 that looks terrible, is missing the drivers door handle, has a bad speedo, gets 30 miles to the gallon on the freeway, and will burn the tires to the rims in 1rst gear and chirp respectfully in second! Love it! 300k+ miles!
Has anyone here done a speedo cable? it looks like the drive is buried in the tranny? or does it just pop out if you loosen the 10mm bolt? Thanks

Hey there- we are new. We have an 82 automatic, new carb, new all kinds of stuff. Got the back end crunched last week. Trying to figure out how to get the ass end fixed- or sell it. Dunno. any suggestions on good OEM parts- or is it just better to try and part it out? If anyone is interested we are located in Western KY- Bowling Green area
