Front Seat Questions
My 82 old girl had her original front seats ripped out of her and is currently sporting seats out of a 90's civic. Do any of you know if seats in other 79-82 Honda models fit/work? The 90's overlap the sides where the trunk release is and really looks terrible. I of course would love to find originals - in any condition - but am having a very hard time locating them. So if you know of other models I should be looking for, please let me know.

Here'e a pic of the current seats - notice that the head rests have been inserted backwards! Talk about UGLY....I cant get them to come out to fix them...Dang it

I think I'll try the 70's version civic seats. My buddy says that they'll be the closest. You're right by the way - These are UGLY! LOL!

Black? No thank you, doesn't have air and I'm not suffering in hot baking black heat. Thanks for the suggestion though. I just purchased yet another 1st gen..She's an 81 and her seats are original! I'm so excited!! 82 will be used for parts for the 81. Then I'll slowly turn the 82 into a custom..She'll be long term, that's for sure.
