BadMoFo.. i see your point.. but i think you might have been looking at the last few cars on that page.. there was no prelude there so in court I used the Civic Si as my example.. cut and pated from that page

but i think the best option for an exhaust would be Mugen.. and really when building my car the law wasn't really in my train of thought.. but i did go with something quality and in my opinion honda believes it to be quality or they would not put so many aftermarket parts made by GReddy on their car.

So either way.. we all agree these laws are stupid.. maybe someone can use this info to help them.. i give it a 80-90% chance of working again
